In an effort to stream line our communications and responses to customers, we have developed a customer support request form where folks who have purchased from us can request a replacement (for any reason: Your mistake, our mistake or Conestoga’s – warranty, damage in transit, whatever). The form allows you to attach images of the affected items so that we can react to your requests more quickly. Since we now have many folks working round the clock on quotes, orders and service requests, the form should dramatically smooth communications and ensure accurate replacement responses.
