Introduction

Chapter 2: Reeded Panel Design Guide
This is a decorative option, and it provides a beautiful, rounded character to your space.
What you're looking at is an end panel. You can apply these on the back of your island, on the sides of your cabinets, or on your range hood. Really, anywhere! And you can also utilize the reeded design feature in your doors and drawer fronts as well.
With those, you just want to keep in mind the size, as well as the wood's stability. So, with your doors or your wider drawer fronts, you'll be getting a batten that goes all the way around. Essentially, it's just a little perimeter that goes around, and that will keep your door more structurally sound and keep it from expanding and contracting as much.
These are available in all of our standard wood species, and you can actually get them in different thicknesses. With MDF, you can get this at ⅜", ⅝", and ¾". With our wood species, you can only get them at ⅝" and ¾".
Size-wise, you can get these panels sized in 2" increments, anywhere between 10" and 48" wide, as well as 10" to 96" tall.
This is a beautiful decorative option for your cabinet. So, if this is something that you are interested in, you can talk to your cabinet coach, or you can call us at 888-211-6482.
