Half Circle
The Half Circle, while not as popular as it once was, is a difficult design simply because the tall head rail is easily cracked or warped. To eradicate this issue, Conestoga uses a lumber core plywood, providing the wide rail as well as strength and stability.
The cross section below shows how your door may look, but the profiles you select will affect the final look of your door.
