SavannahMT (miter bead)

Conestoga released the Savannah door in 2013 due to popular request from customers seeking an alternative to shaker, but with a stepped down framing bead. This version of the Savannah design has a Mitered bead area (the bead comes together in the corners in a miter versus vertically) and is much more suited for painted doors than the standard Savannah design, but truthfully, if you are considering painted doors, we strongly suggest choosing the Crawford door which has a similar look, only with a much narrower flat area on the bead.

The cross-section below is an example of how your door will look, but any profiles you choose will determine the final look of your door.
