CABINET DOORS (FINISHED or UNFINISHED): 2-4 weeks production time
ACCESSORIES & MOLDINGS (FINISHED): 4-6 weeks production time (this depends on if the item is stocked or built to order)
Custom Prism colors, added options, or more detailed door styles can add time to production. Once your order is finalized, we’ll confirm your ship date so you can plan your delivery and project accordingly.
General Lead-time Information
- Only complete orders will be scheduled for production.
- Lead times are calculated in standard business days and do not include weekends, company holidays, weather-related closures, or transit time.
- Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, material availability, production capacity, labor requirements, and other factors.
- Once your order is entered and committed to the production schedule, an estimated ship date is assigned—typically at the end of the business day, assuming no issues arise. Orders ship from Pennsylvania and/or North Carolina.
Order Timing
- Lead-time scheduling may be prolonged if order placement problems are encountered. Orders with questions will not be scheduled for production until all questions have been answered by the customer.
- All orders paid for and released by 9:00 a.m.(EST) on a workday will have the lead-time dating begin that day. Orders received after 9:00 a.m.(EST) will have the lead-time beginning the following day.
- Lead-time scheduling for orders of exceptional quantity or complexity may necessitate additional processing time.
Expedite Programs
- The Expedite Program is intended for time-sensitive or emergency situations when product is needed to keep a project moving. Expedite availability is based on current production capacity and established expedite limits.

Expedite orders are limited to six (6) pieces per Cabinet Systems order.

Eligible expedite orders are released to production the next business day after the order is received, provided there are no order entry issues.

Expedite fees are calculated as a percentage of the total order value.

All items included on an expedited order are subject to the expedite upcharge. To expedite only select items, those items must be placed on a separate order.
- Expedite charges are based on the net product total prior to shipping, special handling, and applicable taxes.
Replacement Programs Lead-time
- Products produced incorrectly due to our error will be replaced and expedited at no additional charge.
- Products damaged or ordered in error by the customer may be replaced on an expedited basis, when possible, at no additional charge. Replacement orders must match items previously ordered and are limited to six (6) pieces.
