1. I understand that the product I am ordering is 100% built-to-order and not pulled from stock. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
2. I understand that once my order is placed and is in production (generally within 24 hours), changes to my order may either require a change order fee or may be impossible.
3. I understand that the accuracy of my order is as much up to me as it is up to my Cabinet Coach. As my own general contractor, and because Cabinet Joint is not able to engineer my project for me based on geographic limitations, I realize that it is my responsibility to ensure the accuracy of this order. I have asked all necessary questions and fully understand my order.
4. I understand that the lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks depending on product ordered (Assembly adds 1-3 weeks). With the current climate, lead times are subject to change with or without notice. Lead time guidelines do not include weekends, holidays or shipping/transit time. For more information on lead times

5. I understand that this is a Ready To Assemble (RTA) product. Even though I have ordered Assembly Services, I am still responsible for additional assembly actions that are not covered in the assembly services agreement (see final section of this agreement).
Click here for more information on tools that may be required.
6. I am responsible for the installation of my cabinets or have made arrangements with a professional to have them installed.
7. I have planned my project timeline with allowances for shipping damage, manufacturing errors, and missing items. If delays in my project occur due to any of these I will not hold the manufacturer, Cabinet Joint, or the Shop at Rock Creek responsible as such issues/delays are normal and customary with large, detailed products/projects. I understand that if cabinet assembly and installation take longer than expected, Cabinet Joint is not responsible for any fees or inconveniences caused by rescheduling subsequent subcontractors.
8. I understand that what I am purchasing is fine woodwork and that as such, it needs to be stored in a dry, climate-controlled location until final assembly/installation can take place. I also understand that if damage occurs to my product that is a natural by-product of improper storage (IE: warp, bow, twist, split, etc), it may void my warranty.
