RTF Products Deleted from Offering Effective Immediately!

After years of strong sales, Rigid Thermal Foil (RTF) products have seen a sales slump for Conestoga. These products had their heyday in the 90s when inexpensive, plastic wrapped doors were a way for customers to get painted or wood grain looks on doors at a tremendous discount compared to real wood. Sales of RTF have waned substantially for Conestoga in recent years as they have focused on becoming a ‘premium’ component manufacturer while others, such as Northern Contours and Decorative Wood Specialties have focused on this lower level market and become highly proficient at making and selling inexpensive/price point oriented RTF doors and components.

This in mind, Conestoga is dropping their RTF offering in 2015 and eliminating their foil press equipment to make room for more oft-used MDF and solid wood door manufacturing equipment. Effective immediately, RTF products are not longer available through Conestoga. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
